    I really like this book because it also contains a DVD that guides you through the four 15 minute back workouts It s gentle and challenging yet effective Some of the exercises seem to be pilates inspired It s a DK book, and as usual, it s beautifully done DK always has great looking books Each 15 minute workout is broken down in the book, so you can see what to do, and at the end of each workout, there is a fold out section, showing all of the exercises all at once It s really well done.I highly recommend this book to anyone with back issues or to exercise teachers looking to add some new moves to their teaching bag.The DVD features four workouts Each workout features the same instructor It s done in a voice over with the narration being done by a soothing female voice The cues are excellent The music is calmin...
